This significant initiative was announced by Prof. Amarika Singh, Chairman of the Navneet Group, who has generously agreed to provide the required land for the installation.The request for land allocation was formally made by the Maharana Pratap Memorial Campaign Committee. Responding positively, Prof. Amarika Singh remarked, "It is a great honor for me to support this noble cause. I consider it a privilege, especially as I once served as Vice-Chancellor of Mohanlal Sukhadia University in Udaipur, the sacred land of Maharana Pratap. Contributing land for the statue is a matter of pride for the Navneet Group."Chandraveer Singh Namana, President of the Maharana Pratap Memorial Campaign Committee, shared further details about the project. He said, "Our organization, the Royal Institute of Rural Development, with support from the public, aims to install the statue of Veer Shiromani Maharana Pratap within the premises of Navneet Group of Institutions in Badhawar, Azamgarh. For this, we require formal approval or a no-objection certificate."He added that Maharana Pratap is not merely a historical figure but a timeless symbol of courage, sacrifice, and inspiration for every Indian.
